The run around shoot bad guys and stop nuclear bombs from being snuck into the country before they blow up (insert large city here). Yeah I don’t know how the states would investigate someone and prove they spent above/below 6 months at a location, and once you have say 4 houses, proving your primary residence should be A and not B, C, or D would get messy.

The oligarchs do not care about whether you think some country won some conflict, because they see their net worth go up. Did the oligarchs become poorer during the wars with (insert country here)? If the answer is no… they got what they wanted. In 2001 the top 1% held ~26% of the wealth in America, by 2021 they held over 32%.

So as far as the oligarchs are concerned, Afghanistan was a definite win for them overall.

The person was pre-cleared by TSA, aka who really cares if they swapped places. They were already cleared to not be a threat as much as the person with the ticket?

If you are on a no fly list or have a warrant out for your arrest, I assume you won’t pass the TSA pre-check.

I don’t believe they are saying the person isn’t mentally capable of wanting this person’s kids taken away. They are just saying they don’t believe they have enough to prove her intent was criminal. Aka the law needs to either be re-written to protect parents from absurd claims like this, or absurd claims like this will continue to be non-criminal offenses.
