Piefed is built around social credits and a karma system that favors homogenization. Unfortunately all this kind of shit gets really messy at scale. I understand trying to organize the chaos, but I think the thing that works about Lemmy is mainly that it’s small, overlooked, and by some good fortune the number of assholes is relatively low in percentage currently.
